Vice President
Five to twelve years of post-MBA investment banking/M&A experience, preferably at a major firm. Significant middle market M&A deal list with an interest in developing an industry specialization is required. Seeking candidates who possess strong personal and client development skills as well as a history of M&A deal management and organizational success with satisfied MDs. Must possess willingness and desire to mentor junior bankers. MBA from top school is preferred.

MBA from top program with up to seven years of post MBA investment banking experience, preferably at a major firm. First year associates should, at a minimum, have some exposure to the industry and to middle market M&A. Seeking candidates with outstanding modeling, writing, accounting, and personal skills who possess a history of academic and non-academic accomplishments.

Undergraduate degree in Business with Accounting or Finance majors is highly preferred. Some exposure to finance or investment banking industry preferred. Seeking candidates with a history of academic and non-academic accomplishments. Candidates must possess strong writing skills and good excel modeling skills. Candidates should have the ability and desire to enter a top MBA program at the end of two to three years.
